Til Two Club
Til-Two Club has been on El Cajon Blvd. since 1942, when it opened as a piano bar and steakhouse. Over the decades it ran as The Playhouse and The Beauty Bar before going back to its original name. Today it’s a rock ‘n’ roll bar at 4746 El Cajon Blvd., open every day from 4 PM to 2 AM.
The club calls its mission “killer bands, bartenders, and patrons,” and the calendar backs it up with local and touring punk, garage, rock and heavier bills most nights, plus open vinyl DJ nights. It’s a tiny, essential room for San Diego’s underground.
