Venue
Tough Love Tattoo Parlor is one of the odder stops on the San Diego heavy map: a tattoo shop on Garnet Avenue, Pacific Beach’s main bar-and-restaurant strip, that Live Nation and Ticketmaster list as a ticketed show venue. It has booked metallic hardcore, including a bill with Big Ass Truck, Chamber and Mugshot ticketed through TicketWeb.
It isn’t a conventional club, and the venue hasn’t published an age policy or capacity, so check each event listing before you go. The address sits just east of Cass Street in the middle of PB’s nightlife, which makes it easy to grab food or a drink before or after a show.
