Album Details & Formats
Written in motion across continents and honed through the band’s return to the global festival circuit after an 11-year hiatus, UNATØNED captures the energy of its chaotic origins. Recorded between July 2023 and December 2024, the album was produced by Robb Flynn and Zack Ohren, with mixing and mastering handled by Colin Richardson and Chris Clancy at Audioworks UK. Ted Jensen and Justin Shturtz completed the mastering process, while Joel Wanasek co-produced and mixed the track ‘LANDSCAPE ØF THØRNS’ alongside Zack Ohren.
Acclaimed artist Seth Siro Anton returns to craft the striking album artwork, capturing the essence of the band’s relentless sonic assault.

MACHINE HEAD Embarks on Massive North American Tour
This Spring, MACHINE HEAD will hit the road on a 24-date North American tour alongside labelmates IN FLAMES, Italian metal powerhouse LACUNA COIL, and metalcore veterans UNEARTH. The trek kicks off on April 5th with a massive hometown show at Fox Theater (Oakland, CA) before heading south for Sick New World Festivaland then across the U.S. and Canada, including a highly anticipated stop in San Diego.
