Brujeria New Album “Esto Es Brujeria” + First Single “Mochado.”

Mexican death grind band BRUJERIA brings the dark realms of cartels and ritualistic murder to life with a potent force comparable to NWA’s impact on pop culture when Compton emerged. On September 15th, their fifth full-length album, “Esto Es Brujeria,” will be unleashed through Nuclear Blast Records.

Today, they release the first single, “Mochado,” giving listeners a taste of the album through a captivating video visualizer.

Juan Brujo of BRUJERIA expresses,

“Experience the raw power of Mexican heritage, spanning from ancient roots to the modern realm of social media, conveyed through brutal and furious songs! ESTO ES BRUJERIA.”

English translation:

“Feel and witness the Mexican power, rooted in ancient traditions and extending to the world of contemporary social media, transmitted through fierce and relentless songs! ESTO ES BRUJERIA.”

Esto Es Brujeria” was crafted across various studios worldwide, including Dog Run Studio in Riverside, CA; Total Annihilation Studios in East Los Angeles, CA; Robanna’s in Birmingham, UK; and Audiocustom in Santiago, Chile. The band took charge of the production, while the engineering duties were shared among Eddie Casillas, Eddie Rivas, and Miguel Seco. Seba Puente, who was also part of the engineering team, handled the mixing and mastering of the album. The striking album artwork was skillfully designed by Gary Ronaldson. Notably, “Esto Es Brujeria” proudly showcases the return of their metal mascot, Coco Loco, featured prominently on the intense cover.
