Chosen Hell Guests: Courtney LaPlante and Brendan Garrone
The album has two guest vocalists. Spiritbox’s Courtney LaPlante is on “Shedding Season,” which the band released with a video ahead of the album. Incendiary’s Brendan Garrone is on “Yesterday’s Gone.”
Vocalist Andrew Neufeld told Metal Injection that “Shedding Season” is about “peeling back the stress, drama, and pain that we’ve been carrying on through life with.” He described the song as a “‘me against you’ type of lyrical narrative between Courtney and I,” adding, “Her voice is untouchable.”
