Soda Bar is a 230-capacity club at 3615 El Cajon Blvd., right where North Park, City Heights and Normal Heights meet. Since opening in 2008, it has booked local, regional and national acts up to seven nights a week, with a full bar and general-admission room.

It’s 21+ with no exceptions and one of the city’s essential small stages for underground and up-and-coming bands. After Brick by Brick closed its Buenos Ave. room, some “Brick by Brick presents” bookings carried on here.
