200 Stab Wounds Sweet Suicide is the new single and video from the Cleveland death metal band, released Oct. 29 ahead of the band’s third album, Lowest Form, due Feb. 19, 2027, on Metal Blade Records. The video was produced by NOWHERE2RUN, the production company of Code Orange’s Jami Morgan and Eric Balderose, according to Metal Blade.

Metal Blade calls “Sweet Suicide” one of the album’s “most devastating moments.” The band said:
“This song is about anger, despair, confusion, and conquering your own demons. Whether it’s your own, or trying to help someone get through theirs. This song is probably one of the heaviest on the record and discusses what is sometimes an even heavier topic. Enjoy at your own risk!”
The credits on the official “Sweet Suicide” video, posted Oct. 29 on Metal Blade’s YouTube channel, list Morgan as director and Eric “Shade” Balderose as director of photography, with editing, color and production by NOWHERE2RUN. The song is track 3 on Lowest Form.
“Sweet Suicide” follows the album’s opening track and lead single, “Pangs Of Conscience,” released in September. The band said that song is “about entering a point in your life where you find yourself sometimes making mistakes that go against who you really are as a human, and having to find yourself again.”
Lowest Form Arrives Feb. 19 on Metal Blade
Lowest Form is the eight-track follow-up to 2024’s Manual Manic Procedures. Per Metal Blade’s album announcement, it was produced, mixed and mastered by Arthur Rizk, whose credits include Power Trip and Cavalera, and features artwork by James Bousema, known for work with Municipal Waste and Frozen Soul. Power Trip, one of the bands on Rizk’s list of credits, recently returned with “Precinct 3”.
The label says the album features “leaner arrangements, stronger dynamics and a broader sense of atmosphere,” with atmospheric synth interludes and a spoken-word passage in “Symbolic In Glory.”
“We are very excited to finally release Lowest Form to the world,” the band said. “We’ve worked harder on this record than anything else in our lives. We’re really proud of this one, and we hope you guys enjoy it as much as we do. See you somewhere in the world. Here’s to a new chapter.”

Lowest Form will be released on CD, digitally and on vinyl. U.S. variants are Rigor Mortis, Blood Burst (limited to 500), Pure Emptiness, Evaporation and a Metal Injection-exclusive Shredded Lungs (limited to 200). European variants include 180g black, Bong Water Bile, Demon Semen, Cirrhosis and an Evil Greed-exclusive Evaporation Of Flesh.
The lineup is Steve Buhl on vocals and guitar, Raymond Macdonald on guitar, Todd Thompson on bass and Owen Pooley on drums.
200 Stab Wounds Tour Dates: Europe and the U.K.
200 Stab Wounds will spend early 2027 in Europe and the U.K. with Whitechapel, Sylosis and Tribal Gaze, from Jan. 22 in Leipzig, Germany, through March 2 in Warsaw, Poland. The 30-date run includes stops in Dublin, Glasgow, London, Manchester, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Prague, Berlin, Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki, Tallinn and Riga.
No North American dates for 2027 have been announced, and there is no San Diego date. SDMETAL is tracking other 2027 tours skipping San Diego.
